What countries do you currently ship to?
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track your order.
Shipping within Canada takes an estimated 1-7 business days depending on location.
Shipping within the USA takes an estimated 5-10 business days depending on location.

What is your policy for lost or stolen packages?
We do not require signatures upon receipt and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How do I return an item?
If any of our products don't meet your expectations, we will gladly accept your unused, unopened product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in good condition, unopened/unused and in their original packaging with tags.
To facilitate a return, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
What about late returns?
Unfortunately, any item returned after 30 days of the original purchase date is not eligible for a return or refund.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
